Goh Yeow Tin
Chairman
Mr Goh Yeow Tin was appointed the Chairman of WaterTech Pte Ltd on 7 August 2008.
He holds a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Hons) and a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering.
Mr Goh is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors and an Independent Director of four other
listed companies - Juken Technology Limited, Oakwell Engineering Limited, ETLA Limited and Lereno Bio-Chem
Ltd.
Mr Goh is currently the CEO of Sino-Sing Centre Pte Ltd which specializes in providing educational services
and consultancy in Singapore and China. He is also the CEO for Seacare Education Pte Ltd which has interest
in educational and training services in Singapore, Malaysia and China.
Mr Goh started his career with the Economic Development
Board ("EDB") where he headed the Local Industries Unit.
He was subsequently appointed the Director of EDB's Automation Applications Centre located in the
Singapore Science Park. He was the founding member of the Association of Small and Medium Enterprise ("ASME")
and founded International Franchise Pte Ltd, a pioneer in franchising business in Singapore. Mr Goh was
previously the Vice-President of Times Publishing Ltd and the Deputy Managing Director of Tonhow Industries
Ltd, the first SESDAQ listed plastic injection molding company.
Mr Goh is a very prominent community leader in Singapore and is the current Chairman of the Teck Kee
Citizen's
Consultative Committee. He has been awarded the prestigious National Awards PBM and BBM by the President of
Singapore.

built a 300,000m3 timber processing plant
in Birobidzhan Russia. Thus completed the Group's
main timber harvesting business, trading,
processing, port logistics services, network of
national sales. YongAn Group has become the leading
timber trading and processing enterprise in
Heilongjiang Province
- In 2006, established Jiang Tian Hotel in
Jiamusi, and has since become a well-known four-star
international business hotel. Taiwan Kuo Ming Dang
(KMT) President Lien Chan had stayed in the hotel
for 3 days and gave favourable compliments and
handwritten inscription "天之骄子,江之灵韵"{means
"favoured, river aura" in theSanjiang Plain in
Heilongjiang}
- To further deepening the expansion of the
industrial chain, the group is currently building a
600,000 tons rice processing plant in Heilongjiang
Fujin City, near the Fujin International Logistics
Park.
Lau Wah Ming
Vice Chairman
Lau Wah Ming had just retired at the end of 2009 after a
distinguished career as a senior civil servant of
Singapore. His last position was Secretary to the
Singapore Government Cabinet and Secretary, Prime
Minister's office (2004-2009). Currently, he is holding
the following positions:

While being in the civil service for 40 years, Mr Lau
has gathered extensive experience working with numerous
industries which have all contributed towards the total
success of Singapore as a nation. (he had worked in
senior positions in the Ministries of Law, National
Developement, Communications, Education, Defence,
Finance and the Economic Developement Board.)
Academically, Mr Lau studied in Raffles Institution and
was a Columbo Plan Scholar. He was professionally
trained as a communications and systems engineer and
obtained his MBA from National University of Singapore,
B.Eng (Hons) from University of Canterbury and the
Advanced Management Programme (INSEAD -1993).
Mr Lau is also very active in the community works in
Singapore. He is currently thye Chairman of Bishan Home
(for the Intellectually Disabled), Principal Mediator at
the Singapore Mediation Centre (High Court) , and an
Adjudicator with the Financial Disputes Resolution
Centre of Singapore.
Mr Lau has also been recognized for his competency and
contributions to the Nation. He was awarded the Public
Administration Medal (Silver) in 1998 by the President
of Singapore.
Leow Ching Chuan
Director
Mr Leow was appointed as a Director of WaterTech Pte Ltd on 7 August 2008. He is currently the Chairman of Seacare Co-operative Ltd, General Secretary of Singapore Organisation of Seamen and Chief Executive Officer
of Seacare Holdings Pte Ltd and Seacare Foundation Pte Ltd.
He is also a member of the Central Co-operative Fund Committee, Council Member of Singapore National
Co-operative Federation Ltd ("SNCF") and Chairman of SNCF Service Sector Committee. He is also a Director
of NTUC Foodfare Co-operative Ltd.
Mr. Leow was conferred the Public Service Medal by the President of the Republic of Singapore in 2001.
Tan Gek Suan
Director
Mr Tan was appointed as a Director of WaterTech Pte Ltd on 7
August 2008, is the Managing Director of the Hussmann Tempcool
Group of Companies. He also chairs SCORE's Industry and
Development Committee and the School Advisory Committee of Sembawang Secondary School. He holds a Diploma in Mechanical
Engineering from the Singapore Polytechnic. Mr Tan is a Life
Member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and
Air-conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), the Refrigeration Service
Engineers Society (RSES) of USA and the International Institute
of Refrigeration (IIR) and also a member of the International
Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration (IIAR).
Mr. Tan was conferred the Public Service Medal by the President
of the Republic of Singapore in 2008.
Jarrod Seah Chi Nam
Director
Mr Jarrod Seah was appointed as Director of WaterTech Pte Ltd
on 16 August 2011. Mr Seah is also a director of Lee Kim Tah
(Pte) Ltd, whose parent company, Lee Kim Tah Holdings Limited,
a public-listed company in Singapore, is a substantial shareholder
of WaterTech Pte Ltd. He is also the Governor for Lee Kim Tah
Foundation.
He holds a First Class Honours in Quantity Surveying with the
University of Reading (UK). Mr Seah is a member of the Royal
Institute of Chartered Surveyors MRICS, Hong Kong Institute of
Chartered Surveyors MHKIS and the Singapore Institute of Building
Limited.
Dawn Kong Oi - Yi
Executive Director
Ms Dawn Kong was appointed as a Director of WaterTech
Pte Ltd on 7 August 2008. Ms Kong is also currently in
charge of the Trading and Business Development Divisions of
the Company. She graduated with Honours from Monash
University, Australia. She has formerly worked with the
Singapore Technologies' Sembcorp group of companies and in 2004 returned
to become an Executive Director of Kota Assets Pte Ltd, her
family investment company which has business interests in the
region.
Ms Kong personally has initiated several projects in the
food industry as social enterprises. In 1998, she
started the Village Wok Restaurants that serve
Singapore's only old canton
village cuisine. In 2007, I.M.Boss (F&B) Pte Ltd was formed as
a joint venture with RE Holdings (an investment arm of ISCOS)
to create a franchise social enterprise.
Ms Kong is also involved in social work projects with several
institutions, such as Pertapis and Andrew & Grace Homes, and
serves in the EXCO of Beautiful People, an organization within
the purview of Beyond Social Services. Ms Kong also served in
the EXCO of the Junior Pyramid for two terms.
Feng Yongsheng, Sam
CEO, China Operations
Mr Sam Feng holds a Bachelor in Environmental Chemistry
and Engineering from the Harbin Institute of Technology
and attended courses in Environmental Engineering from
Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He has more
than 15 years of experience in developing innovative and
cost effective environment solutions in areas of water and
wastewater treatment, and air pollution control.
Prior to joining the Company on 1 January 2007, he was a
Project Manager with NOVO Environmental Services Pte Ltd
from 2000 to 2005 overseeing NOVO's process design and
project management at Harbin Petrol Chemical and
Singapore Refinery Company to help clients to solve
unique problems in waste effluent such as oily waste
management. Before 2000, he was with Harbin Institute of
Electrical Power System to oversee the operations of the
Power Plant Feed Water Systems and Environmental
compliance. Being a native Chinese of Heilongjiang
Province, his present responsibilities include heading
the Company's operations team in Beijing, exploring the
market in Central Northern and Northern regions of China and
liaising with Chinese officials via his extensive network for
smooth implementation of projects there.
